Tasks can be created and assigned so all team members stay on the same page. Calendars are available as part of the Mango Events feature, which allows users to schedule meetings and other gatherings easily. User can also share documents and create ideas that others can read and collaborate on. MangoSpring provides an area to save ideas and see which are the most popular among other employees. Along with a live chat feature, MangoSpring also offers users other messaging options that make it easy to communicate with other employees no matter where they are physically located. MangoSpring also offers apps for iPads, Android phones, Blackberry phones and iPhones.

After submitting the information, the user is taken to the form which asks for an email address, first and last name, company name and phone number. The user must also check the white box at the bottom of the form to confirm their agreement with the MangoSpring terms of service.

All users can try MangoSpring for free for 30 days. After the 30 day free trial, the user must provide billing information and pay for their subscription. MangoSpring charges based on the number of individual users and extra features the company chooses. One user costs approximately $35 per month. Three or more users cost around $20 per user per month while 20 or more users cost around $12.50 per user per month. 100 or more user costs around $8 per user per month and 200 or more user costs around $7.50 per user per month. Extra features can be added as well. The extra features start at around $7 each per user per month and go as low as $1.
